Our Approach
Our approach blends the practical wisdom of Paramhansa Yogananda and his direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda, with modern research on meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness.
We work closely with companies to bring these powerful yet simple tools—meditation, breathwork, yoga, affirmations, and more—into the everyday lives of teams and leaders.
Where Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Science
A few decades ago, most people didn’t realize that daily exercise was essential for good health. Today, it’s a normal part of life.
We believe a similar shift is happening with meditation and mindfulness. Once practiced quietly in Himalayan caves, these techniques are now becoming everyday tools for finding calm, clarity, and balance, even in the middle of a busy workday.
Modern medical research continues to validate what ancient teachings have been saying for thousands of years: well-being is something we can cultivate from within. Our role is to make these practices easy to learn, practical to use, and immediately effective.
In every session, we share timeless teachings in a simple, engaging way, support them with meaningful scientific insights, and, most importantly, give your team a genuine experience of peace and uplifted energy from the very first practice.
Based On the Time-Tested Philosophy of Yoga

Our inspiration comes from the yoga master Paramhansa Yogananda who was the first master of India to take up permanent residence in the West. He arrived in America in 1920 and traveled throughout the United States on what he called his “spiritual campaigns”. His enthusiastic audiences filled the largest halls in America. Hundreds of thousands came to see the Indian yogi. Yogananda continued to lecture and write up to his passing in 1952.
His book, Autobiography of a Yogi, first published in 1946, helped launch a spiritual revolution worldwide. It's been in print for 70 years and translated into 45 languages. It has been highly acclaimed as a spiritual classics one of the “100 Most Important Spiritual Books of the 20th Century.”
In 1948 at the age of twenty-two, Swami Kriyananda (J. Donald Walters) became a disciple of the Indian yoga master, Paramhansa Yogananda. At Yogananda’s request, Swami Kriyananda devoted his life to lecturing and writing. He taught on four continents in seven languages over the course of 65 years.
His talks, his music, and his many books have touched the lives of millions. Swami Kriyananda took the ancient teachings of Raja Yoga and made them practical and immediately useful for people in every walk of life. His books and teachings on spiritualizing nearly every field of human endeavor include business life, leadership, education, the arts, community, and science. His works have sold over 3 million copies worldwide and have been translated into over 25 languages.
